Apart of our one off gallery, this harvesting hawkbill knife is hand forged from a single piece of high carbon steel. Featuring a hollow handle style making it incredibly light and versatile.
This was made with the intention of use in the garden harvesting all of your fruits and veggies.
For all my knifes, first, they tumbled to ensure durability and a smooth finish, then coated in mineral oil to create a durable coating!
